The 21st edition of the International cellu l'art Short Film Festival will take place in an online edition from December 18th to 21st 2020. We already had to postpone the festival twice in 2020 due to the pandemic. Because of this, we must continue to reschedule our supporting programs consisting of open-air events, parties, panel discussions and workshops. We also have to postpone the country focus on Japan for the time being. We can now present you three specials that we could not have shown you at our alternative date planned for November 2020, namely "German Is Spoken Here", "QueeRealities" and "We'll See Tomorrow".
